ERP Software Sales Executive for the Midlands area

ERP Software Sales Executive / BDM to cover the East and West Midlands area for an ERP software consultancy who are authors of their own solutions. They continue to go from strength to strength with an average deal value of £55k and 2 deals recently signed of £364k and £250k, so things are looking bright here. Salary range of £35 -45k plus a double OTE (uncapped) of £ 70-90k and £5k car allowance, laptop and mobile.

Their ERP solution is very comfortable at 10-50 users. It is a versatile, fully configurable flexible software product available as a cloud solution and developed in .Net and SQL Server. The ERP solution covers finance, stock control, warehousing, purchasing, sales, pricing, e-commerce, credit card integration, EPOS, bill of materials and many other modules. With a track record spanning over 20 years, they are very well known and respected in their niche markets.

They are continuing to build the sales and marketing group and currently have 3 full time marketing staff. Over the next 6 months they will grow the telesales / lead generation team so that the new business sales staff are fully engaged on meetings and visits, and of course doing deals.

They need an experienced ERP Software Sales Executive / BDM with strong new business sales experience to handle the entire sales cycle including delivering demonstrations. You will source and research new clients, handle your own initial calls, establish interest, set up discovery meetings, create value sales proposals, arrange software demonstrations, complete documentation, negotiate costs and take the sales through to close.

This is a progressive and dynamic ERP software author that can offer a serious ERP sales person a great long term career and huge earning potential. They are looking for a Sales Executive with good ERP (or similar) software sales experience who can establish and build rapport with their clients and key decision makers, has enthusiasm and drive, is hungry for the deals and wants to progress.

You will be based from home in the Midlands area (anywhere in the East or West Midlands) but will need to visit the head office once a week which is near the M1 just south of Luton.

The Sales Director is an impressive guy with a superb track record; he is building a strong ERP sales team and he is a looking for long term hires. He is great at mentoring, training and coaching, but equally happy to let people work independently. He is a good guy, people like working for him and the atmosphere here is positive and vibrant.
