Digital Project Manager – £40,000 – Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire

The Role

Kitchen CUT are looking for an exceptional and experienced Digital Project Manager to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, suppliers and 3rd parties to ensure a seamless project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will be to manage and deliver both customer lead as well as internal lead projects to an exceptional standard within time and budgetary limits.

Supporting our CTO, you must be a tech-loving professional with astute project management skills, supported by an Agile working methodology. You will need to be methodical, logical, process driven, detail orientated as well as be able to demonstrate control over investment of time and servicing levels. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a new role within a rapidly growing company.

The key responsibilities of a Digital Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

Supporting the business across all areas of the product, both internally and externally
Scoping and detailing project requirements with colleagues and clients, developing detailed project plans and monitoring their progress
Increasing knowledge transfer between technical, internal and external teams
Acting as a product ambassador formulating improvements and evolutions of the product
Offering insights to the management team to help identify and drive new ideas and new levels of efficiency
Troubleshooting support issues, re-creating scenarios, formulating work-arounds and solutions to user problems
Providing support in any training and/or support-based webinars

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Digital Project Manager:

At least 3-5 years in the industry; strong digital experience gained through project delivery or project management role; and experience working in a similar operation or digital agency, managing clients and internal teams
Exceptional project management and leadership skills who is able to understand and create workflows, process designs and logic systems
Understands API integrations along with the ability to analyse raw data
A deep analytical problem solver, able to formulate solutions with attention to detail
Acute commercial awareness and acumen who strives to deliver results, and can meet and exceed development timelines
Strong relationship builder with both colleagues and clients, able to present, train and advise clients/colleagues with expertise
