A Health-Tech business that provides information, data and insights to the sector that help drive improvement, and acts as a positive voice for system change is looking for a Product Manager!
They work a hybrid model and would look for someone to come into their Central London offices 1 or 2 days a week and are looking to pay up to £55,000 + a package for the right person.
This Product Manager role will be a high-profile and very important role, but it will remain within a small team where everybody’s personal contribution is visible and truly matters.
As the successful Product Manager, you will play a vital role, in ensuring appropriate support for insight gathering and product innovation and develop an in-depth understanding of the development life-cycle to ensure that new product features are delivered to a high quality and on time.
You will also need to accurately collect and analyse requirements for each product release in preparation for development while ensuring that product improvements and releases are informed by UX and stakeholder research and insights.
To be successful in this Product Manager role, you will have a strong mixture of the following skills and experience, but will also not be limited to:
You will be passionate about product development and constantly looking for ways to improve all digital products.
You will need to be confident in user-centred design and able to gather feedback from a variety of stakeholders.
You will be comfortable working with technical colleagues to ensure requirements are captured and then manage the backlog through a development process.
Some of the main responsibilities that this Product Manager will be expected to have are, but not limited to:
Work with the Product Manager to refine and implement a product roadmap and release plans, ensuring they are consistent with the wider business strategy and objectives.
Commission research initiatives in such a way as to deliver valuable insight and build organisational advocacy.
Produce appropriate requirements documentation, internal progress reports and a backlog of features/tasks through a development cycle in collaboration with the Technology team.
