Role Summary

As a Digital Product Manager at Triad Group Plc, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the success of digital products. You will be responsible for creating and communicating a robust product strategy and roadmap, managing products through the agile lifecycle, and using user research and business analysis to prioritise software development work. In addition to defining measures of success and maintaining the high-level roadmap, you'll play a crucial role in transferring product management expertise into tools and structures that enhance our overall capability. This role involves managing both products and people, and you'll actively participate in program management activities in support of the service owner or program lead.

Role Description

As a Digital Product Manager at Triad, you will:

Coach and Lead Teams:

Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices, determining the right approach for the team throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and innovate ways of working to achieve optimal outcomes.
Act as a recognised expert and advocate for Agile and Lean approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team.Market Understanding and Product Realisation:

Understand the marketplace and articulate how a product can meet user needs.
Integrate products with other services to ensure seamless user experiences.
Ensure products are effectively used and realise benefits by linking work to the business case. Government Digital and Data Perspective:

Demonstrate knowledge of the wider digital economy and stay abreast of technological advances.
Understand Agile working at an organisational level and create an environment for success.
Initiate and support collaboration with other roles and groups in Government Digital and Data.Life Cycle Perspective:

Successfully lead teams through the full product life cycle.
Identify and utilise appropriate tools and techniques at each stage.
Develop sustainable support models and address potential risks across all stages of the product life cycle.Operational Excellence:

Act as the escalation point for major operational issues and champion operational management across the community.
Work closely with leaders of operational delivery teams in Government Digital and Data.
Anticipate and defend against problems at the right time, understanding their larger implications.Product Ownership and Strategic Thinking:

Define and create approaches to product ownership.
Implement new ways of working and demonstrate an awareness of industry trends.
Develop a long-term vision and objectives, providing direction on tool and method selection.
Apply strategic thinking to provide the best service for end-users.Working Within Constraints:

Influence, challenge, and coach to address constraints.
Anticipate changes in constraints and know when and how to challenge or remove them.What you will get:
