Digital Product Manager

Up to £65,000

Central London – onsite 5x per week

We are representing a hospitality business who are undergoing significant growth and development, and looking for a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of their web and mobile digital products.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the customer experience, overseeing the design, development, launch, and ongoing management and optimization of digital products and features.

We are looking for:

Proven experience in digital product management roles, with a track record of delivering high-quality digital products and features – including apps.
A passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital solutions.
Experience within the Hospitality/F&B or Retail sector.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.

It would be a bonus if you had:

Previous experience in customer trends and analytics.
Experience with loyalty programs.
