The marketing department at Reassured is anything but ordinary. Not only do we provide the marketing to grow our own life insurance business, we also operate as a digital agency working with some of the UK’s largest insurance brands.
You’ll be joining a rapidly growing team of technical & creative people with an annual marketing budget of £35 million.
The Reassured marketing department includes a large team of talented Front End and Back End web developers who manage our in-house web quote and reporting platforms. This ensures that there are no limitations to implementing end-to-end test programmes.
Reassured is looking for a Digital Designer to work in our in-house Design team to help drive the overall design strategy of the company website, internal web applications, adverts and email creative.
Key responsibilities include:
Working closely with the in-house web development team to translate designs into landing pages and other creative.
Have experience in conversion rate optimisation, in particular UX design.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and other team members to have an active input into the brand as well as increasing the number of customers the Marketing team generate (by helping to improve advert click through rate with persuasive ad design and lead conversion rate through customer-centric designed web pages and quote forms).
Skills & Experience:
You will have a passion for digital design and demonstrate strong conceptual thinking as well as having a portfolio with the wow factor! Exhibiting a range of visual design across both print and digital.
Good experience of conversion rate testing from a design perspective in particular UX design.
Strong experience in the Adobe suite.
Good communication skills and have confidence when explaining ideas and liaising with Web Developers and other members of the Marketing team.
An expert in print processes and preparing artwork for print.
Understanding user experience and how the design will be translated onto the web.
Ability to perform effectively to tight deadlines, work well both independently and as part of a team.
Innovative ideas to grow expertise.
History of delivering projects on time and to both brief and brand standard.
At least 1-2 years’ experience as a UX Designer
Adobe Suite expertise
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
