You’ll be walking into an organisation who already have a global reputation, a well-established development function and a healthy pipeline of projects that you can sink your teeth into from day one.
They’ve made their name by building a suite of £multi-million logistics products, used by some of the largest haulage/transportation companies in the world, which operate on every continent and run 24/7.
You’ll be working alongside the development teams, who are working to transition to a DevOps culture, you’ll hopefully play a key role in whether they’re successful or not. You’ll provide advice and coaching to implement DevOps technologies, guiding them on this journey toward Continuous Integration and Delivery.
Because of this, you’ll have a thorough understanding of Software Development methodologies and techniques, ideally C#/.NET and plenty of experience with CI/CD, especially within Microsoft Azure DevOps.
You’d benefit from really flexible working hours, the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week (even when normality resumes), a great benefits package and plenty opportunities for internal progression. Also, on occasion you may even get the opportunity to travel internationally to see the products in action
