Our client seeks a Development Support Team Leader to assist with the development and maintenance of existing .NET products.
The Development Support Team Leader will oversee the development output of the 3rd Line Support team. The 3rd Line Support team are tasked with investigating issues identified by customers and escalated by the Customer Support Team, fixing bugs and handling change requests.
Alongside the responsibility of leading your team, the Development Support Team Leader will also get involved in bug fixing so this role will require someone who is hands-on.
Candidates must have previous experience in ASP.Net (C#) and databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL and/or MySQL.
You will have the ability to plan and prioritise, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, flexibly, under pressure, including a mix of own projects and management.
The Development Support Team Leader must have good written and IT literacy and oral communication skills as you will be required to communicate and function effectively with members of the Development Team.
You will maintain good communication with your colleagues in the Customer Support Team and provide help with resolving customer support issues within agreed SLA’s
