My client is a successful and rapidly growing agency, seeking an support engineer with development experience using .NET, React or React Native.
The second member of the support/operations department with team leadership responsibilities.
Support customers systems that are currently in production
Develop automated Deployments for customers systems
Develop automated Test and Monitoring for customers system
Support Process Improvement, including monitoring of SLAs, customer support budgets and billing.
Improve consumer-facing software.
Bug Fixing, Fault Finding
Familiarity with any of the following technologies will be useful:
Azure – Very desirable.
You will be working from home and will be required to attend meetings at the office.
