Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support Consultant (O365, Windows Desktop) – Move into 3rd Line support in 18 months!

A leading Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for a Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support Consultant to do mixed role of working with one high-profile company onsite 3 days a week, and then working to support a number of other customers for the remaining 2 days.

As a Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support Consultant you need to have experience of:

* Supporting end users face-to-face and over remote login
* Excellent communication skills
* Support Windows & some Mac Desktops & Laptops
* Laptop build & provisioning via Intune / Endpoint Manager

Great opportunity to move into a 3rd Line Support role in 18 months!

This Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support role is based 3 days per week on site in Central London (near Hyde Park) and then 2 days just South of London in the company's Head Office.

You will be working to support users, frequently building Laptops / Desktops with Intune / Endpoint Manager, dealing with Group Policies and Active Directory.
