Data Analyst – £32K – Doncaster (Onsite)

My client, an award winning, forward thinking operator in their field are looking to acquire a new Data Analyst on a permanent basis to build out their team. This will be a highly important role for the business as they look to transition and build out their database and reporting capabilities. This role will see the successful candidate work in unison with business stakeholders and have a real impact on business performance, with the potential opportunity to become a senior team member in the future.

This role be based from my clients Doncaster office (onsite) and will provide the successful candidate with flexible working hours and a 4pm Friday finish!

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to visualise data trends and performance metrics.
Utilize MSSQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Construct and enhance SSRS reports for effective reporting and data visualisation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Improve company workflows and digitize paper-based business processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

2+ years industry experience
Power BI
SQL, SQL Server, & SSRS
ETL Processes
Experience owning the full project lifecycle
Excellent communication skills and preferrable prior stakeholder communication/management
Experience with connecting to and processing data from web-based APIs (preferred)
