The Digital Bench are an established UK based professional services company now expanding on-shore in Australia. Right now we are interested in speaking with D365 Functional Consultants who are serious about relocating to Perth. You might be an ex-pat looking to return home, already have dual residency or be eligible for one of the many visas now on offer.

Job Summary

This role is to support in the digital transformation of a company in the following functional areas: Finance, Commerce, Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain Management.

You will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its modules, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The D365 Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and customizing D365 solutions to meet business needs.


* Conduct workshops and interviews to gather comprehensive business requirements. Be prepared to challenge business stakeholders assumptions and present ideas.

* Develop functional design documents and acceptance testing scripts. Create test scenarios according to business requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure implemented solutions meet standards and fulfil requirements.

* Configure D365FO, including security, workflows, forms and reports

* Aid the team through the life cycle of an implementation, providing key inputs during design, data migration, support solution testing, build test cases, assist with functional, system and user acceptance testing.

* Provide training sessions and workshops to business stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption of the implemented solutions. Offer ongoing support and guidance to maximise the benefits of D365 functionalities.

* Contribute to change management planning and implementation.

* Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders and the wider team to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback. Build strong business stakeholder relationships by delivering high quality solutions and exceptional service.


* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent industry experience in Information Technology.

* Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications highly desirable

* 3+ years experience in a similar role

* Strong understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
