*

Develop and enhance business recoverability strategies, policies and frameworks aligned to enterprise risk and regulatory standards

*

Collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams across the organisation to ensure alignment, oversight and engagement

*

Provide regular reporting and insights to executive stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and issues

*

Ensure recoverability plans align with industry guidance and regulations (e.g. ISO 22301, FCA/PRA, DORA)

About You

Extensive experience delivering business recoverability or operational resilience change programmes

*

Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements

*

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

*

Hands-on experience with BIA methodologies, recovery planning and testing frameworks

*

Ability to join the dots across multiple workstreams and work effectively under pressure

Desirable Skills

*

Background in financial services or a similarly regulated environment

*

Understanding of cybersecurity and technology service recovery

*

Industry-recognised certifications in resilience, risk or programme management
