About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Recoverability Programme Manager to lead a strategic programme designed to strengthen Fidelity International’s ability to recover and operate critical business services during severe disruption. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a global financial services organisation—working collaboratively across Cyber Security, Enterprise Resilience and senior business leaders to deliver meaningful change.
You’ll be driving a programme that ensures critical functions can continue or be rapidly restored following a major event, including cyber incidents such as ransomware. Your work will be integral to meeting evolving regulatory expectations and safeguarding client trust.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the business recoverability programme, including scope definition, planning, execution and governance
*
Develop and enhance business recoverability strategies, policies and frameworks aligned to enterprise risk and regulatory standards
*
Collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams across the organisation to ensure alignment, oversight and engagement
*
Design and run recovery exercises and simulations, identifying gaps and driving remediation activity
*
Provide regular reporting and insights to executive stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and issues
*
Ensure recoverability plans align with industry guidance and regulations (e.g. ISO 22301, FCA/PRA, DORA)
About You
We’re looking for someone who can coordinate complex programmes and influence stakeholders across business and technology. You will have:

Extensive experience delivering business recoverability or operational resilience change programmes
*
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
*
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
*
Hands-on experience with BIA methodologies, recovery planning and testing frameworks
*
Ability to join the dots across multiple workstreams and work effectively under pressure
Desirable Skills
*
Background in financial services or a similarly regulated environment
*
Understanding of cybersecurity and technology service recovery
*
Industry-recognised certifications in resilience, risk or programme management
