Role: Customer Systems Administrator
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
We are currently looking for an experienced Helpdesk support agent with a Horticulture agent based in Spalding. An exciting opportunity for a Customer Systems Administrator to support various OMS systems helping the internal departments, external customers and external software developers to manage systems integrations, development processes and enhancements.
This role may require some out of hours support during my client's peak trading times such as; Christmas, Valentine & Mother's Day. 2nd line out of Hours support will be required should system issues occur.
There may be a need for you to work on call / out of hours.
General Areas of Responsibility
*Resolving home delivery order issues in a timely manner
*Supporting the development of Home Delivery systems
*Maintaining and monitoring our EDI Services
*Working with 3rdparty software development companies to deliver new requirements in a cost effect and timely manner.
*Working with the business, 3rd parties and Customers around services.
*Creating user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures for user training.
*Creating and maintaining label designs in various labeling applications
*Supporting our production printers and logging faults with our managed print service
*Understanding and adhering to GDPR policies
Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications
*3 years of IT support / helpdesk experience
*Experience with SQL queries for reporting and monitoring.
*Advanced knowledge of MS Access
*Strong customer service skills, including communication, training, and support.
*Working within a change control environment
