Customer Success Manager
Hybrid role working 3 days per week from modern offices in Loughborough.
Basic salary up to £35,000 per year (depending on experience).

About the Role:
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and guide them through every stage of the customer journey—from onboarding and training to long-term relationship building and growth. You'll be the trusted advisor, ensuring clients see real value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full customer lifecycle for your assigned accounts
Lead onboarding and ensure seamless implementation
Deliver training sessions and best practices tailored to each client
Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
Monitor account health, usage, and engagement
Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams
Act as the voice of the customer internally to drive improvements
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS or tech company
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
A proactive mindset and passion for helping customers succeed
Experience with CRM/CS platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar
