Reporting to the Operational Finance Manager, you will be part of the team which is responsible for the Credit Control operations within Access UK Limited working with the Group's 14,000 directly supported End Users.

Duties
To drive results across the team by providing training, support and process improvements.
Ensure that the team are working to meet all targets, at both individual and team levels.
Be hands-on with debt collection with ownership of various ledgers and their performance.
Undertake ledger reviews with the Credit Control Team.
Update various departmental reports as required.
Regular weekly meetings with the Head of Credit Management.
Cover the senior Credit Controller for Direct Debit Process.
Involvement in Acquisitions.
Requirements

Provide sufficient resolutions to problems and queries to achieve results
Continually drive process improvement.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment demonstrating success at reducing aged debts
Successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong time management and be a self-starter
