CPO/ Head of Product/ Director of Product/ VP of Product/ Lead/ SaaS

Title: CPO

Location: Surrey (2 days per week in office)

Domain: SaaS

Salary: £100,000-£150,000

We're partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS company in the engineering sector that's looking for their first product hire- CPO. You'll play a key role in driving the company's shift toward a product-led growth strategy and shaping the next phase of its evolution.

This is an opportunity to join a business with an established product and clientele, investing heavily in innovation, new features, and product expansion. As CPO/ Head of Product, you'll have real influence over the product vision and roadmap, helping to build a best-in-class SaaS offering.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (CPO, Head of Product, Product Director, or equivalent)
Strong track record scaling SaaS products and teams
Experience in similar small, scaling teams
Excellent communicator with experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
Confident engaging with senior leadership and presenting to the board
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery

This role would suit an established CPO/ Head of Product looking to make a tangible impact in an ambitious SaaS company.
