Synapri are supporting an innovative LegalTech business that’s redefining how the legal industry leverages AI and Cloud technologies. They’re looking to hire a Cloud Engineer to join their growing Cloud Operations & AI Enablement team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will support, maintain, and enhance the company’s AI-enabled legal software platform while deploying and monitoring AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, Bedrock, and SageMaker. You’ll assist with automation and scripting using Python or PowerShell, collaborate with AI and data teams to manage workflows, and handle data extraction and transformation using SQL, Power Query, and Excel. Additionally, you’ll maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across cloud operations.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a Cloud Engineering / Cloud Support background to transition to an exciting AI team.

Experience required:

* 1–2 years’ experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support

* Hands-on familiarity with AWS environments (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)

* Basic scripting experience with Python or PowerShell

* Strong understanding of data handling and management (SQL, Excel, Power Query)
