The Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our Wholesale Claims team. Based in London, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of claims delivery – with a particular focus on the Guidewire Claims Centre and the unique needs of the London market.

About the role: You'll lead product development and delivery, collaborating with IT, Strategy, and Operations teams. From roadmap ownership to aligning business needs with innovation, this is a pivotal role in improving the claims journey for brokers and clients.

What you will be doing

Leading the development and implementation of the Claims product roadmap

Managing and prioritising the product backlog, ensuring development teams are focused and aligned

Collaborating with IT, Strategy, and Operations to deliver high-quality claims solutions

Gathering and refining requirements from key stakeholders across the business

Conducting market research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities

Monitoring product performance and using insights to drive improvements

Ensuring the product meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks

Acting as the go-to person for all product-related queries and direction

What you will bring

Proven experience as a Product Owner in insurance or claims

Hands-on expertise with Guidewire Claims Centre

Strong knowledge of the London insurance market

Agile delivery experience and excellent stakeholder engagement

A data-driven, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement
