Excellent Midlands based Business Change and Transformation Manager roles.

Looking for someone who operates across the change/project lifecycle from ideation, prioritisation, business case, process change, optimisation, delivery and benefits realisation.
The roles will focus on People, Process and Digital Change and suitable candidates will have good commercial and operational awareness, they are not IT change roles but will some initiatives are naturally enabled by IT / Digital.

Change initiatives can be business wide from Supply Chain to Customer Journey improvements that align with the business Transformation Strategy.

Open to Fixed term salary and also Day Rate – On-site 2-4 days per week depending on phases.
