Business Change & Communications Specialists – Rail Experience Essential

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Business Change & Communications professionals to join a high-profile, fast-paced programme shaping the future of rail. If you thrive in delivery-focused environments, excel at clear communication, and bring proven experience managing change, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a hybrid role with candidates required to work on site 3 days per week, the role falls within IR35 as such the successful candidate will need to work via an Umbrella company.

In this role, you will:

Drive change and communications activity across multiple projects.

Build and optimise SharePoint sites that boost visibility and engagement.

Create compelling comms content for diverse audiences.

Support stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and programme alignment.

Work closely with project and change teams to keep everything on track.

What we're looking for:

Strong rail experience (engineering familiarity essential).

A solid background delivering both change and communications in complex environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence managing multiple priorities at pace.

SharePoint expertise and a proactive, can-do mindset.

Desirable extras: creative flair, experience with digital comms tools, and familiarity with change methodologies such as ADKAR or PROSCI.
