C# Technical Team Lead

Our client, a leader in their field, is seeking a Technical Team Lead to manage and actively contribute to a skilled team of software developers. This hands-on role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team, actively participating in coding.

Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET, WPF, and telephony technologies.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and testing.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and stay updated on emerging trends.

Manage projects, set team goals, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

5+ years in C#/.NET development, with team leadership experience.

Strong problem-solving and software design skills.

Excellent communication, with experience in Agile and version control (e.g., Git).

Desirable: Cloud platforms, CRM systems, and telecom protocols.
