My client is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand their client base. In this role, the successful candidate will engage with prospective clients, identify potential opportunities, and arrange meetings for the sales team to close deals. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of my client’s growth while learning about an exciting and fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Develop a deep understanding of my client’s product suite and the unique challenges faced by their target market.
Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present my client’s solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in my client’s CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target the right industries and prospects.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and meetings booked.Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or FinTech space.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and build relationships with potential clients.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Motivated by results and a passion for driving growth.
Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
A background in SaaS or tax-related services is a bonus.What My Client Offers:
