Business Analyst – Finance, Stakeholder Management

Job Description

Up to £650 per day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella)
3-6 Months initially
London/ Hybrid/ Ad-hoc travel onto site

My client is a leading Insurance firm who urgently require a Finance Business Analyst with experience and a high level of analysis and documentation, Stakeholder Management and problem resolution skills.

Key Requirements:

Strong commercial experience as a Finance Business Analyst within a highly regulated environment.
Knowledgeable in financial crime, financial control frameworks, Fin Ops, accounts payable, etc.
Knowledge of automation, and process mapping/mining tools.
Confident with improving the effectiveness and efficiency of financial processes/controls.
Knowledge of data analysis and production of metrics to measure process effectiveness.
Experienced in identifying root causes of failing metrics with process owners.
Proficient in supporting process improvements by authoring documents, training operators, and managing business change.
Capable of tracking activities and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Experienced in designing, documenting, and implementing financial processes.
Experienced in operating business controls in regulated industries.
Ability to go on-site whenever required
