1.To manage and deliver business analysis assignments under the direction of the Transformation Portfolio Manager or Head of Transformation and Improvement.
2. To manage the review of existing systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities and analyse data robustly and objectively to develop presentations and analysis as required.
3.To deliver successful projects and programmes by working with Programme Managers on their range of Projects and programmes.
4. To collaborate with Programme Managers to design and develop service improvement initiatives, understanding how changes and solutions impact operational service delivery and maximising business value.
5..Analyse and interpret statistical data, undertake root cause analysis and translate this into service improvement recommendations.
6.Pro-actively review systems and processes to find efficiencies in working practices, and report these to the Head of Transformation and Improvement and / or the Transformation Portfolio Manager for consideration.
7.Responsibility for the analysis and interpretation of feedback about services, including satisfaction surveys, complaints and compliments and other performance data, in order to use it to shape and influence future services.
Key Skills and Experience:
Degree level or equivalent level of expertise gained from related work activities i.e. Business/Computer/Technology/
Proven track record of expertise gained from related work activities
Experience collating and analysing statistical information and preparing written reports in a variety of formats
Ability to analyse and interpret raw data, from a variety of sources, and present it in a manner appropriate to a variety of audiences – internal and external.
Proven track record of working with a wide range of IT applications; must be able to use Business Objects and advanced level Excel user
