Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you’ll be creating technical solutions for Enterprise Global Banking & Finance Businesses. The primary purpose of this role is to work with our specialist lending customers to drive design and modification of our systems to achieve business objectives.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Act as a primary business contact for clients, striving for high customer satisfaction.
 Maximise sales opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process of new customers.
 Ownership of the planning and delivery of development phases, liaising with developers.
 Interpret and document business requirements.
 Produce detailed functional specifications.
 Undertake the organisation and delivery of user testing.

Business Analyst Requirements:

Strong communicator and negotiator.
 Innovative and pragmatic, with a keen eye for detail.
 Team player but with the ability to take the lead.
 Logical mindset, able to explain complex information in simple terms.
 A good understanding of the delivery lifecycle.
 Exposure to business analysis processes and methodologies.
