Business Analyst

£40,000- £46,000/annum, Private Healthcare, 10% Bonus

Bristol/Hybrid

Salary circa £40,000- £46,000 dependant on experienceThis Business Analyst role works in a small team predominantly on internal Business Change and IT projects, often updating legacy Document Management (DMS) and Case Management Systems and improving ways of working.

Working with SMEs on Business Analysis activities across the project lifecycle
Writing Design Specification
End to End Process Mapping of Tech Transformation projects
Hybrid Waterfall and Agile ways of working
Delivery-focused, motivated, and always takes the initiative
Wide variety of backgrounds considered, regulated industries desirable but not essential
1-2 years + of Business Analyst experience
Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
