SQL – NHS – Service Desk

Homebased with once a month team meeting in Warrington

This is an exciting opportunity for an SQL Support Analyst to join a service desk environment in providing support to new BI Solutions for NHS clients. This role is client focused so outstanding customer facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and support customer issues

* Investigate issues involving SQL & provide solutions in line with SLA’s

* Data fixes

* Ensure Technical documentation is correct/ up to date

Requirements:

* NHS experience is essential

* Worked in a service desk environment on remote desktop software

* Strong SQL experience (Server, querying and scripting)

* Troubleshooting

* Supported M/S applications (office, word etc)

* Aware of ITIL principals

* Aware of Azure solutions (desirable)
