As the business is growing at such a pace, there is an ongoing challenge to design and build the necessary structures to ensure that the business operates and develops in the most expedient, efficient way and manages risks appropriately.

They are currently seeking an exceptional benefits analyst to design and build the benefits program for their global hub in Germany and across the EMEA region. Benefits program design, development and implementation (working with external suppliers) will be the primary focus of the role as this is an urgent requirement for the business. This program will then need to be rolled out globally – reporting to and working closely with the C&B Manager and Global Head of Reward. This role offers a huge amount of responsibility, development and opportunity to build your career and really make your mark!

The ideal candidate for the position will have relevant experience of helping to build and implement a full benefits program on a regional/global basis, within a high growth (start-up+), fast moving environment. You should enjoy working in an environment with pace, delivery, accountability, collaboration and ambiguity at its heart. The role will be very client facing, so strong communication skills and problem solving abilities are key.

Although the role will be based in Berlin, the successful candidate could currently be based in the UK and over time transition to Germany as and when COVID 19 restrictions allow
