Excited is an understatement to be helping recruit for this company for the second time. They already have a very skilled team and career progression is all done internally so it is rare for them to be hiring but due to the success the have had over the last 12 months they are adding an additional 10 engineers to their team.

They are now a world-famous company, born out of a 'Bristol bedroom' with a product used by over 200 million people. I heard from the founder earlier last year on

how they have grown the business from nothing to what it is now and yeah it's pretty impressive to say the least.
Going into Q2 of 2021 they are looking for 10 software engineers to join. They are agnostic when it comes to the tech stack. They have developers there with Java, Python, C# and C++ experience and would love to find talented developers with solid object orientation programming experience. Your work will be used by millions, both the public and customers within the media industry. They have some pretty hefty data and looking for most of the new developers to have a focus on these innovations. You will be given an opportunity to own and drive initiatives through the entire software stack, from customer-facing features and data innovations to cross-team collaboration. You love challenging problems, collaborating with multi-functional teams, and designing creative technical solutions.

For this round of hiring, we are looking for some more experienced people, with at least 3+ years' experience with modern programming languages and have developed software systems that have been delivered to customers then wicked, lets do this.

Salary ranging from £60,000 – £80,000 (with a great benefit package) remote working until it is safe to be back in the office and then the team will be working on a hybrid model of 2 or 3 days in office and the other half of the week at home, flexible of days, and then working with who I truly believe are one of the best in our city. Interview process includes an at home tech test and a half day interview (with breaks) with members of the team and managers – who are very cool people!
