Azure Cloud Architect required for a permanent career opportunity based in Corsham (Wiltshire). A chance to join a leading IT transformation business working on large-scale IT & Digital modernisation projects.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic this employer will be conducting interviews by video-call or phone. There will also be scope for remote working (WFH) until Coronavirus restrictions are lifted.

Start ideally in Feb / March 2021. Key skills, experience + duties will include:

Azure Cloud Architect needed to support the delivery of major government / public sector secure programmes.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) project experience preferred but not essential (-eg- NetIQ, Cyber Ark, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Ping, Okta etc).

Proven experience in end-to-end architecture, from solutions design, through to configuration, migration + implementation.

Previous experience of delivering complex, large-scale Azure cloud architecture integration (including: Azure AD, eDirectory, LDAP).

Ability to clearly articulate architecture designs + high-quality technical documentation (HLD, LLD docs).

Strong stakeholder management, influencing, collaboration + relationship building skills.

Understanding of Cloud deployment models, strategies + technology options (hybrid cloud, multi-cloud etc).

Knowledge of Cloud Native technologies, plus DevOps, Containerisation, CI/CD, Microservices, Web Services + distributed systems.

Capturing, prioritising, refining + delivering Azure architecture requirements to Agile methods (Scrum, TDD, BDD, Kanban) and GDS standards.

Any IAM/IDM expertise would be helpful (-eg- component / workflow design, provisioning, interface customisation, federated access, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, multi-factor authentication).

Must either hold active SC Security Clearance, or be eligible to undergo the SC vetting process
