With this being a large scale digital transformation programme, this particular role will be an 18-24 month fixed-term contract, however, if you are looking for a permanent role beyond this, there is no shortage of opportunities within this business as there are thousands of internal permanent roles at any one time to redeploy into.

The role in summary:
The business is going through a digital transformation which includes:
Launching new sites
Refurbishing existing sites
Delivering enhanced collaboration toolsThat means delivering a great digital signage platform that ranges from informational displays for internal use, external branding, digital wallboards in building receptions, and digital ways finding to help staff and visitors navigate their buildings.
It also means delivering a brilliant meeting room experience that covers meeting room bookings, state-of-the-art video conferencing through Microsoft Teams technologies, and multi-room Office 365 collaboration to allow face-to-face and remote participants to have a seamless experience.
Furthermore, the role may encompass assisting in the delivery of inbound and outbound Telephony to staff via Microsoft Teams, as Microsoft Teams becomes the strategic tool for colleague collaboration and telephony.
Attending AV design workshops to capture customer requirements.
Drawing up provisional AV designs for digital signage deployments to meet customer requirements.
Drawing up provisional designs for meeting room deployments to meet customer requirements.
Drawing up provisional designs for IP phone deployments to meet customer requirements.
Performing site surveys to ensure paper designs work in practice.
Arrange and manage the installation of deployments working with the team's programme manager
Photo & video editing of end-user content
Remotely supporting & diagnosing hardware failures and arranging repairs
Proposing, testing & integrating new technology offerings for Digital Signage
Delivering end-user training and masterclasses on how to use deployed meeting room equipment
Proposing, testing & integrating new technology offerings for Microsoft Teams meeting rooms.Experience Required:
Audiovisual design experience
Photo/Video editing experience
Project management experience
Strong diagnostic and investigative skills
Demonstrated practical use of technical skills
Use of project delivery planning & methods
AutoCAD, Photoshop, Scala Content Manager & (VOIP) Voice Over IP experience is preferred but not mandatoryBenefits:
