I am working exclusively with a global retailer that are decommissioning their bespoke applications and implementing best of breed, off the shelf solutions.
We are looking for a Customer Interaction Specialist / 2nd Line Application Support Specialist, who will support and manage any changes required across their customer interactions solutions. This includes marketing and social media platforms.
If you have experience in a 1st / 2nd Line Application Support environment, then this role could just be for you!
ROLE: Application Support / 2nd Line Support – Marketing and Social Media Platforms
SALARY: £30,000 – £36,000
TERM: 15-month Fixed Term Contract
-Provide 1st/2nd Line application support
-Liaise with 3rd party service providers
-Lead and coordinate changes and enhancements to Customer Interaction solutions
-Create, execute, and coordinate testing of fixes, enhancements, and new releases
-Monitor system performance
-Produce and maintain training, testing and support documentation
-Drive continuous improvement
