Agile Delivery Lead: 3 Month Contract – Manchester/Hybrid

We are seeking an Agile Delivery lead for a 3-month project (Outside IR35.) Your expertise will be on in the development of team members, mentoring, developing skills, managing performance, supporting and knowledge sharing. This role sets guidelines, provides best practice examples and guides the professional capability development of teams. You will work across our digital roadmap delivery horizontals, leading the delivery team, managing the ceremonies, running the day to day using the right digital delivery ways of working.

Type: 3 Month Contract

Day Rate: Market Rates (Outside IR35)

Location: Manchester/Hybrid

Start: ASAP

Skills

Successful track record of delivering complex technology projects and programmes through multi-disciplinary teams using agile, lean software and design-thinking development methodologies.

Specialist skills in agile delivery standards and practices within the full software development lifecycle.

Proficient in relevant approaches and technologies utilising tools such JIRA, Confluence.
