We are currently recruiting for one of the world’s leading Digital/Retail FMCG companies, for the role of Telephony Systems Specialist to work on exciting new projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the technical bridge between the customer operations and the technology team
* Ensuring users are kept up to date with resolutions
* Work with stakeholders to effectively resolve incidents
Skills/ Requirements
* Experience working with Cisco Centre systems and auxiliary components
* Excellent customer service skills and to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Desire to gain exposure new technical skills.
