We are partnering with a rapidly expanding healthcare SAAS provider, who are currently looking for an Account Manager to help grow their presence across London and the South East
The client offers a range of solutions to the healthcare sector, mainly NHS, with the common theme being the management and utilization of data.
The Role is to drive new business (Circa 80%), whilst developing strong relationships with new and existing customers.
*Discover new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
*Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at all levels within the account to become the clients trusted advisor
*Strive to reach new business targets as set out by the management team
*Responsible to create and present monthly reports to the Account Director of performance against KPI's and objectives set
*Create and maintain concise account plans
*Responsible to ensure CRM is fully up to date at all times
*Supporting the commercial team in negotiating contracts, agreements and expansion business to maximize profit
*Prepare and present monthly reports to each client if desired
*Work in collaboration with the marketing and services teams to organise client workshops, user groups and webinars on a regional and national basis
*Sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets.
*Extensive experience of selling in the healthcare IT market (NHS).
*Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership
Home based role with travel to customers in London and South East.
