About the role

Develop a deep understanding of the company's internal processes
Develop an understanding of the payments industry
Build relationships with internal teams and key contacts within the group of companies.
Demonstrate a fair understanding of where all merchants are in the sales team's pipeline.
Resolve issues/concerns regarding new applications effectively and efficiently including policies and on-boarding requirements.
Monitoring customer accounts, providing data and reports to help the sales team, perform regular review meetings.
Respond to any requested or necessary change to a merchant account
MID management (currencies, configuration).
Ad-hoc tasks required by changing the market environment or involvement in commercial activities/campaigns.
Troubleshooting/problems solving to assist the merchant
Technical issues, and processing issues (declines, fraud rules etc)
Ensure accurate data maintenance in SalesForce.
Generate reports on business performance for assigned accounts
Internal cross-functional engagement on applicable Projects
Identify innovation and improvements across the AM team. About you

Account Management/Sales background in technology-based products and services experience.
Experience from a similar payments service provider or sales is desirable.
Hospitality background and Knowledge
Speak Fluent German and English. (Dutch is a plus)
Have experience working with clients in the  German market.
Proven track record of ability to meet sales targets.
Experience in writing and maintaining Account Plans
Team player, excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and strong presentation skills.
Computer literacy, word processing, CRM, data handling, record keeping.
Excellent telephone manner
