3rd Line Support Engineer – Windows, MSP, Azure
Kidderminster – £28,000 – £35,000 + Benefits

3rd Line Support Engineer sought by a high quality and growing managed services provider to provide excellent 3rd line support to their clients, assisting with system builds configurations, installations (on-site or remote) and solutions delivery.

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will need to be comfortable working both from the office and on customer sites. Within the role you will be reporting to the Technical Manager as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer should have the following:

Solid experience in a client-facing support role (managed service provider)
Have experience in Office 365 migrations or keen to develop knowledge on Office 365 and Azure
Strong experience with Windows Server – 2008 through to 2019 (both hosted and on prem)
It is essential to have knowledge experience along with architectural and deployment of the following Microsoft technologies:
Office/365, Teams, Azure, SQL, Sharepoint
Strong technical knowledge, and understanding of ERP/accounting systems an advantage
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
