My client, based in Basildon, Essex is an established and highly successful IT Managed Services Provider.
They now seek and experienced 3rd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their team
* To provide effective and professional technical support to a client base of SMEs throughout Essex and London
* To provide support via phone, remote access, live chat and email
* To focus of giving the best level of support rather than how many tickets you have handled
* To project manage installations and equipment / office moves
* To assist the other team members where necessary
* To monitor and log common issues and implement change to eradicate them
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of working for an IT Managed Services Provider
* A sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, operating systems, cloud services, security
* Network support experience
* A flexible can do attitude to ensure each client issue is handling in a tailored manner to suit that organisation
* A basic salary of between £35k and £40k
