We are working with an industry leading MSP who have significant growth plans over the next 2 years to support their gorwing customer base. We are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer to join a technical team supporting customers across Project delivery and BAU support.

With a healthy training budget for each engineer to ensure you are up to date with the latest technologies and certifications this is a great opportunity to get exposure to some of the latest technologies.

What will you be doing as a  3rd Line Engineer?

As a pivotal member of the technical team, your role will involve:
– Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
– Designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
– Ensuring the stability and efficiency of networking infrastructures.
– Collaborating with other professionals to deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
– Contributing to projects with your innovative ideas and technical acumen.

What experience fo you need as a 3rd Line Engineer?

– Proven experience in a 3rd Line Engineer role or similar within an IT environment.
– Previous experience in an MSP environment would be advantageous
– Proficient in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Office 365 and Azure.
– A solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
– Experience with virtualization platforms, such as Hyper-V or VMware.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to resolving complex issues.
– Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are highly regarded but not essential.
