Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

Rate: £200.00 per day

Location: Derby

Key Responsibilities:

Provide break-fix and hardware diagnostics.
Build and configure laptops and desktops.
Operate the Tech Bar three times a week on a rota basis.
Handle software BAU tasks, working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.Requirements:

Active SC Clearance.
Proven experience in hardware diagnostics and break-fix.
Proficiency in building and configuring laptops and desktops.
Experience in providing 2nd line support and remote desktop services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
