We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician
Duties and responsibilities – Tier 2 IT Support
Working on fault tickets
Desktop and network troubleshooting/fault finding
Desktop and network installation/administration
Server maintenance and change management
User account management
Understanding and collation of customer requirements
Providing guidance to our customers and resolving complex Fault Tickets
Updating customers during any support case
Working to auto task best practices ensuring all appropriate content is captured right first time
Analysing and interpreting data and information to inform your role
Work to PCI quality standards and best practice recommendations
Working to tight timescales as part of a high-performing team
Monitoring mailboxes and ticket management for team
Liaising with suppliers to resolve complex queries
Any other work as assigned by manager
Work within the guidelines of the Premier Choice Internet Employee Handbook
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Key Skills & Experience
* Office 365
* SharePoint
* Windows Server
* Active Directory
* Group Policy
* Enterprise Firewalls (Sophos ideally)
* Basic Networking (Advanced ideally)
A car & the ability to drive would be preferable.
Must has experience with Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Windows Servers
