Role: 2nd Line Support (IT Helpdesk)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (12 Month FTC)
My client is a well respected company within the gaming industry who are going through an excellent period of growth. They are seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT Helpdesk team on site in Warwickshire.
They have a number of integration projects over the next 6 months and require someone with strong customer focused skills to support on various levels. You will be responsible for new hardware builds, setups, repairs as well as remote support.
Enthusiasm to tackle 1st and 2nd line IT problems in a timely manner, maintaining a strong customer focus
Good communication skills
Be able to use Ivanti ticket system, to communicate and resolve issues
Have a good knowledge of Office 365 suite and Azure fundamentals
Have a good knowledge of current computer hardware and components
Be adaptable and able to quickly pick up knowledge and fault finding on developer software (Visual Studio, Adobe Suite, Autodesk suite etc)
Basic networking and Windows server knowledge for troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of Cisco Callmanager & Unity would be advantageous
