Essential Requirements

Experience in a 1st / 2nd line support capacity – telephone, email etc.
Office 365 / Azure
Active Directory
Exchange
Networking – DNS, Firewalls, Routers
Customer focused

Desired Skills

Certifications – MCITP, CompTIA, Network+
Experience in an MSP environment
Telco exposure
