Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide 2nd Line IT Support within our client's IT Support Team.
Main Purpose of the Role:
. Provide 2nd line support to end users and maintain a strong customer focus
. Troubleshoot Incidents through to root cause
. Develop and execute processes for Service Requests, Starters and Leavers, Hardware Decommissioning
. Provide technical support and mentoring to other members of the team
. To contribute to the development and implementation of the company strategy to support the growth of the business, whilst improving the efficiency.
As well as having the necessary technical skills, you will possess excellent communications skills and have experience of laptop, printer, and network hardware support.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will involve both remote support with regular travel required predominantly to two sites in Oxfordshire. Occasional travel will also be required to remote offices and other locations within the UK.
