Working in this MSP means you'll face something different every day, always learning and always progressing. The team is looking for an energetic 2nd Line IT Engineer to join their Service Desk.

£24,000 – £30,000

Daily Duties:

Supporting the Service Desk in a 1st/2nd Line capacity
Supporting the large client base through ticket requests, and occasionally onsite visits to troubleshoot issues and support ongoing projects.
Collaborating with your colleagues to find a resolution for your clients.
Maintaining and supporting your client's infrastructure.Tech Stack:

Active Directory
Office 365
VMWare
Networks: Maintenance, configuration, administration
