2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer – £32K – IT Solutions – Oldham

Skills: Windows OS's, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Networking Skills, VMware, Switches, Hyper-V/VMware

An established Managed Service Provider is looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer that will work as an established member of a team and that can confidently provide incident investigation, root cause analysis and who is keen to progress into a 3rd line position.

This role will be based either on client site or in the office (Oldham) with the flexibility for 1 day a week working from home.

You will have a key sense of how to assess the priority of an incident and how to troubleshoot a case.

Suitable candidates should show some of the following:

**Windows OS'S, Server and Exchange

**Networking Skills TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

**Office 365 (Please apply if you have any experience)

**Cisco

**Skills with VMware environments

**Azure

**ITIL Foundation

**Exchange Management
