My client are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis. On a day to day basis you will help the clients customers with any tech question they need to raise, by phone, web or email. You will manage your own caseload, answer issues within a defined SLA, escalate calls.
A broad range of technical skills are required for this role, and training will be provided for any areas where you don’t have strong knowledge.
