A well-established Managed Service Provider in the Tonbridge area is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. They look after medium sized businesses all centred around the Kent & London area.
They are looking for a 1St Line Support Engineer who has experience in Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, troubleshooting and basic administration skills.
This role would suit someone who has ideally come from a managed service background or someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate would receive a salary up to £25,000 plus benefits.
This role is fully on-site and requires you to have a full UK driving license and transport as there is some travel involved in this role
The suitable candidate will have experience in:
Basic administration skills
Clear, confident communicator with a can-do attitude
Key responsibilities of this role:
Providing first line support to their client base
Travelling to clients to offer on-site support (all clients within a 25-mile radius of their office)
Work towards Service Level Agreements and team KPIs
