My client, a Managed Service Provider, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join the Ashford based team. You will be working within an established team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself, so you will be able to interact with likeminded individuals on a daily basis.
In applying for this role, you will have experience in working within a 1st Line Support Role, working to strict SLAs, using a ticketing system and good understanding of general IT issues and how to fix them.
Experience in working in a First Line Support Role (Essential)
Great telephone manager
Great communication skills
Knowledge of some of the following:
VMware / Hyper V
Active Directory, DHCP and DNS, TCP/IP
As a 1st Line Support Engineer working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £15,000 – £18,000.
