My Client, being a well-established managed services provider based in Fleet, Hampshire. They are looking for a proactive and conscientious 1st line support engineer to join our expanding team. The role will be split between their offices in Fleet, Hampshire and visiting our client’s sites in and around London and the surrounding areas.
Duties include: Responding to inbound calls and providing an efficient and friendly 1st line of support across a range of different systems for customers and where possible providing remote support to first contact resolution, logging of all incidents in the ticketing system, and where appropriate escalation to 2nd and 3rd line teams.
The ideal candidate would possess experience working for an IT Support Company/MSP, Experience with Active Directory, Good understanding of basic network protocols and topologies, Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems from 7 thru 10 and Microsoft office packages from 2007+, Exposure to troubleshooting hardware and software problems. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
