Job Description
1st Line Support Engineer – up to £25,000 / On-site in Ammanford
Due to a number of recent project wins this client is on the lookout for a 1st Line Support Engineer who's keen to develop their career.
This position would suit someone with 1/2 years' experience in a support role to take on the 1st line, helpdesk and maintenance tasks.
The experience you'll bring to the team:
Previous experience in a 1st Line role
Windows & MAC OS knowledge
Experience using Active DirectoryExposure to O365, SharePoint/OneDrive and supporting ERP Software would be beneficial.
And this is what you'll get in return:
Salary up to £25,000 plus annual reviews/increases
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
