Job Description

1st line support analyst- WILMSLOW- ONSITE- up to £30k DOE

Our client is a successful property development company, based in Wilmslow, who due to continued growth are looking for an experienced 1st line support analyst to join a new team.

This role will support the company’s Business Change and Transformation journey, by supporting internal staff and assisting in cross-functional projects.

You must have prior experience in 1st line support and ERP/ Business systems (such as COINS, SAP, SAGE, Dynamics, etc), be enthusiastic and approachable, with a strong focus at troubleshooting user issues.

The role
Provide technical support to users via various channels.
Resolve issues and escalating when necessary.
Create new users and profile.
Log and track incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Analyse recurring issues, collaborating with IT teams to implement permanent solutions.

You will have:
Previous experience in 1st line support
Experience in ERP/ Business systems, preferably COINS but happy with SAP, SAGE, Dynamics or similar.
A team player with attention to detail and adaptability to changing technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, MTA, MCSA, VCP, etc. are beneficial but not essential.

Benefits
Salary £25,000- £30,000 DOE
This position is onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday- 9am-5.30pm)
